From heavenly bodies to Afro-Peruvian dance, graduate students present the research and work that proves their scholarship WHAT: Newly minted scholars show their stuff. The 4th annual SF State Graduate Research & Creative Works Showcase will feature more than 100 San Francisco State University graduate student projects. Posters, exhibits and demonstrations include studies in self-esteem, stellar collisions, ethnic dance, risk inhibitors in breast cancer, anti-malarial compounds, and race, gender and class issues. The event, which is open to the public, is sponsored by SF State’s Graduate Studies and Research and Sponsored Programs. WHO: One
