Brief Description of Proposal:
Look at ways to cut back the SFSU Masterplan, and the original capital outlay of UPN and UPS.
Alternative sites should be explored for development on the prior existing campus and development of housing adjacent to 19th avenue.
Alternatives for cumalative development with co-density proposals with Stonestown and Parkmerced or other site owners to provdie new student housing near campus.
