Proposal Title: New Coffee shop/restaurant near new pathway next to Thorton Hall

Brief Description of Proposal:
Replace the two temporary classrooms at the end of Thorton Hall adjacent to the new walkway with a coffee shop/lunch facility. This wasn't my original idea, but it makes a lot of sense. The pathway is used by an extremely large number of students already and the campus has seen fit to have zero facilities like coffee shops or lunch places at the north end of campus. If the campus 'rents' the space, it will generate income.
