He is Faculty Director of the Joint Doctoral Program in Leadership for Educational Equity, and Professor in the Graduate School of Education at the University of California, Berkeley. His research interests are professional development programs for district-level educational leaders, organizational sense-making in school districts, and evidence-based decision-making at the school district level. |

Her research interests are longitudinal studies of Attention Deficit Hyperactivitiy Disorder (ADHD), Consultee-Centered Consultations, and Learner-Centered Education. |
