What is OneCard Printing
OneCard printing (OCP) uses your OneCard (student ID) to pay for printing in many computing facilities on campus. Starting fall 2002 all printing will be paid for using the OneCard. Value can be added to your OneCard using cash and credit cards.


How do I use OneCard Printing
  1. Add value to your SFSU OneCard
  2. Send a print job to a OneCard printer - detailed instructions will follow
  3. Pay for the print job using the OneCard release station - detailed instructions will follow


How do I add value to my OneCard
  • Value Transfer Stations: Value transfer stations are machines (like vending machines) that accept cash and add value to your OneCard BayBucks. Value transfer stations will be placed at the following campus locations: One Stop Student Service Center, Library 1st floor, Village at Centennial Square Laundry Rooms, and the Business building.
  • OneCard Web site: You can add value using your Visa/MasterCard at the OneCard Web site.

OneCard printing will be available at the following locations:
  • Resident Computer Lab - Mary Park Hall
  • Behavioral and Social Sciences Lab - HSS 383
  • John F. True Computer Lab - 1st floor Library
  • Media Access Center - 3rd floor Library
  • Business Computer Lab - BUS 209
  • Mathematics Lab - TH 404
  • Library Reference Area, Government Publications, Reserve Book Room, and Periodicals
  • Rapid Copy Center and Library Copy Machines (copiers only)

What is my OneCard
Your Onecard is your SFSU Student ID card. For more information please visit the OneCard Website.

How do I get a refund for a job that did not print?
Contact the Manager of the computing facilities.

What to do if you lose your SFSU OneCard
You should immediately report a lost or stolen card anytime online at the Online Card Office Website, in person at the OneCard Office during business hours or call 415-338-3619 to deactivate your card and limit your liability.

What else can I use a Onecard to pay for

What do I do with my old CopyCard(s)?
If you have a cash value remaining on your old CopyCard(s) you can use the remaining value at Rapid Copy or at specific copiers in the Library.
