Cox Stadium, San Francisco State University, 1600 Holloway (at 19th Avenue), San Francisco, Calif.
WHO:
Faculty, friends, parents and purple-clad graduates expected to total more than 20,000. San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom will deliver the keynote address. Alumnus of the Year and pioneering psychologist Joseph L. White will also speak. Writer Isabel Allende, labor leader Walter Johnson and business leader Manny Mashouf will each receive honorary degrees.
