* League Team Entry Forms & Captain’s Contracts are due to SSB 206 by 5pm on February 10th, 2017.

** Teams must be able to play anytime during the game times specified on the night they are scheduled to play. No time preferences will be given to any team.

How to Sign Up Your Team

Step 1: Team Captain must create team on

Step 2: Team Captain invites players to start adding to the team on

Step 3: Once the team’s player minimum is met the team must be moved from the waitlist into the league, and listed as default, if space permits on Spots fill quickly on a first come, first serve basis. If the league is full, team may remain on the waitlist.

Step 4: Once team is officially in a league and listed as default, the Team Captain must submit the Team Entry Form and Captain’s Contract to SSB 206.

Step 5: If required, pay team entry fee at SSB 206. (Check, electronic check, or credit card are the only accepted forms of payment.)

Step 6: All Team Captain’s must attend the mandatory Pre-League Meeting for your sport to receive rules, policies, and to confirm your team’s entry into the league. A team NOT represented at the meeting may be dropped from the league and replaced by a team on the wait list.

Step 7: Game schedules are finalized after the Pre-League Meeting.
