TARGET ALL-AROUND SCHOLARSHIPS |

| Use Your Community Service Learning Experience! |
| Each year, Target awards more than 2,100 All –Around Scholarships—including four $10,000 national scholarships and two smaller scholarships for each Target store—to high school seniors and college students age 24 and younger. Scholarships recognize volunteer work as well as academic achievement, encouraging students to show us true enlightenment goes beyond what can be learned from textbooks. |
| Eligibility Requirements: |
- High school seniors, high school graduates and current undergraduate college students (age 24 and under) who are legal U.S. residents are eligible to apply.
- Applicants must enroll in a full–time undergraduate course of study no later than the fall term of the 2005–2006 school year at an accredited two–or four–year college, university or vocational–technical school in the U.S.
- Employees of Target Corporation and past recipients of Target All–Around Scholarships are not eligible to apply.
- Program is not offered in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or outside the United States.

| Selection Criteria: |
Target All–Around Scholarship recipients are selected by an independent organization, The Citizens' Scholarship Foundation of America, Inc. (CSFA) chooses recipients based on:
- Number of community volunteer service hours
- Volunteer leadership awards and honors
- Appraisal form completed by volunteer supervisor or leader
- Essay on volunteer service
- Grade point average of 2.0 or higher (C average)
- Preference is given to students living in communities where Target stores are located.

| Suggestions: |
- Community Service must be performed between September 2002 and August 2004
- CSL students enrolled in RAZA 694 for Fall 2003 and Spring 2004 are eligible to compete for this scholarship
- Students enrolled in Raza 694 this semester (Fall 2004) must wait until Noivember 2005 to apply.
- Use your HSF application essay as a template to modify for the Target scholarship.
