    • Analysis of electrical rate schedules
    • Identification and analysis of energy conservation opportunities (ECOs) for electric and fossil fuel consuming equipment
    • Identification and analysis of waste minimization opportunities (WMOs) as applied to all waste streams of the plant
    • Identification and analysis of productivity improvement opportunities (PIOs)
    • Identification of demand response opportunities
    • Analysis of potential for cogeneration (combined heating/cooling power)
