Brief Description |
To make the goal of post secondary education more attainable for the children and grandchildren of veterans by assisting deserving students who might not otherwise have the financial means to achieve their educational goals. |
Criteria |
Must be a graduating senior entering as a college freshmen in the upcoming fall semester; 3.0 minimum HS GPA; Must demonstrate academic promise and financial need; Must be the child or grandchild of a US veteran; Must agree to authorize AMVETS to publicize your scholarship award if selected; Renewable; |
