Consult this database, maintained by the Student Conservation Association (CSA), for conservation internships by category. These include: wildlife management, GIS/GPS, ornithology, botany, herpetology, fisheries, soil sciences, education, interpretation. If you are applying to a prestigious internship in order to develop your credentials for entry into a PhD program, you may wish to contact S.F. State's Fellowship Advisor, Dr. Joy Viveros, fellows1@sfsu.edu, to determine whether the Fellowships Office would be able to provide feedback on your application materials.
