CINE 743 : Sexuality in the Cinema

Prerequisites: Admission to the M.A. or M.F.A. in Cinema.
Description: Examination of alternative sexualities in the cinema set against the backdrop of "compulsory heterosexuality." Focus on gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transsexual identities and at celibacy, addiction, polyamory, and bdsm as alternative practices. (Plus-minus letter grade only.)
