PHIL 455 : Sex and the Law

Prerequisites: ENG 114 or equivalent.
Description: Philosophical investigation of legal issues pertaining to sexuality. Legal enforcement of morals and of specific cases and statutes regarding marriage, sex discrimination, abortion, rape, homosexuality, pornography, pedophilia, and other sex related activities.
