PHYS 457 : Principles of Electronics

Prerequisites: PHYS 121 or 230 or 231 and MATH 226, all with grades of C- or better.
Description: Characteristics of diodes, transistors (bipolar and field effect), and analog integrated circuits and their use in amplifier, oscillator, and filter circuits and instruments. Classwork, 3 units; laboratory, 1 unit. (Formerly PHYS 357.)
