BUS 785 : Financial Management

Prerequisites: BUS 781, DS 510 and DS 512. Enrollment priority for graduate students in business, and computing and business.
Description: Using valuation as the theme, the course covers the conceptual, analytical, and institutional aspects of financial decision making. Specific topics include valuation models, required rate of return, modern portfolio theory, factor models, capital structure and budgeting, financial and real options.
