MATH 814 : Seminar on Modern Math Methods in Molecular Biology

Prerequisites: Consent of instructor.
Description: Seminar on research in computational biology. Introduction to tools from pure and applied mathematics. Approaches to problems through common computational techniques. Topics to include DNA structure and effects of internal and external agents. Intended for students from a variety of disciplines such as math, computer science, biology and biochemistry.
