BIOL 713 : Clinical Toxicology Principles and Lab Practices

Prerequisites: CHEM 347 and 348 and BIOL 612.
Description: Pharmacokinetics of the interaction between drugs and xenobiotics and human target tissues. Reviews will be framed within the services of the clinical laboratory including therapeutic drug monitoring, drug abuse testing and assays in acute poisonings from a wide variety of compounds.
