AIS 430 : American Indian Sovereignty

Prerequisites: Upper division standing or consent of instructor.
Description: Examination of American Indian sovereignty as a culturally embedded term within areas of law, policy, legal theory, and political debate. Classic works and comparative emphasis studies address the construction of sovereignty in international, federal/state, and tribal law and policy.
