WHAT: Best-selling author of The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and management theorist Dr. Stephen R. Covey will present "The Four Roles of a Leaders: How to Make Every Team Player a Leader." Covey believes the best response to a fast-paced business climate that demands star performance is a management strategy where everyone shares the challenge of leadership. His seminar will give participants a vivid understanding of each individual's responsibility in contributing to a highly m otivated work environment and provide ways to build the atmosphere of trust, leadership, and creative cooperation that leads to such an environment. Dr. Covey is Executive Vice President of Franklin Covey, a business that provides organizational products and consulting to businesses and individuals.
