Former White House Chief of Staff to speak on the "Challenge for Change in an Uncertain World;" Omega Boys Club founder to speak on "Engagement in Civic Life"
WHAT: Political, civic and community leaders will join SFSU faculty and students to share ideas on how to engage students in public life and community service. Faculty and students who have been involved in a variety of community service projects - projects that promote service in the context of the academic classroom - will report on their results and discuss new ideas.
WHEN: Tuesday, Oct. 9, from 9:30 a.m. to 3 pm.
