Career crunch
In an April 14 San Francisco Chronicle article, Career Center Director Jack Brewer described the tough job market graduates will face after receiving their diplomas. Brewer said flexibility is the key to landing a job. "If students are serious about landing a job, they need to think about relocating to a different geographical area, working at an entry-level position and earning under $45,000 a year," Brewer said. "At this point, we're telling students to grab onto what they can get and hold on to it as long as possible."
