Theatre Arts
Jo Tomalin, associate professor of theatre arts, conducted an international theatre workshop series "Enhancing Communication through Theatre Techniques" for doctoral candidates at University College London's "One World Week" multicultural event Feb. 5 -12.

Music and Dance
Albirda Rose, professor of music and dance, won a Jefferson Award for Public Service and Unsung Hero Award. In June, she will receive a Dr. Justin S. Cummins Memorial Scholarship Award from the Justine S. Cummins Chorale Inc.
