University unveils Web redesign

February 8, 2008 -- SF State today rolled out a new Web design template that will provide a visually appealing and unifying design for the University's colleges and departments.

A Closer Look: Oakland via Sundance

February 6, 2008 -- "Along the Way," a 20-minute video mosaic commissioned by the Port of Oakland for display in Oakland International Airport, was screened at the 2008 Sundance Film Festival. Jorge Sanchez, a project researcher at the Cesar Chavez Institute’s Family Acceptance Project, with artistic partners of the Cause Collective, interviewed more than 1,500 people in and around Oakland for the piece, which runs continuously on a media wall inside the Oakland International Airport. The videopiece was also screened at The Temporary Museum of Permanent Change in Salt Lake City. To view "Along the Way" visit: The Cause Collective Web Site.
