A member of the circles around poet Jack Spicer and the
North Beach bohemian scene during the 1960s, San Francisco native George
Stanley makes a rare return visit to his hometown. From At Andy's, he
reads the title poem, "The Ripple," "Ripple +26," "Aubade," and "Veracruz."
From Gentle Northern Summer, he reads "San Francisco's Gone" in its entirety.
Steve Dickison introduces Stanley and the co-reader, Sharon Thesen.
