Recognized as one of the most significant young writers in Mexico, novelist David Toscana, best known in the United States for his novel Tula Station, visits The Poetry Center from his hometown of Monterrey, Nuevo Leon State, in northern Mexico. Toscana reads a recent translation of his short story "The New Guy." An extensive Q&A follows the reading.
