SFSU Cooperative Education Program and
Walt Disney World College Program
Students may earn academic credits at SFSU while
participating in the
Walt Disney World College Program.
These credits maybe used as elective units
depending on your major. The grading for this program will
be CR/NC option only.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE COOPERATIVE EDUCATION PROGRAM:
1. Submit Cooperative Education Registration Packet.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SCI/AU 693 CLASS (3, 6, or 12 units):
1. Learning Objectives Form.
Deadline: Anytime during the
first two weeks of the semester
2. Educational Courses or Book Report
- For Students in Regular Internships –
Educational
courses
from WDW College Program (A list can be found on the back panel of the
WDW College Program Brochure entitled ‘Learning Experience’).
- 3 units – One 2-3 page Book Report. Deadline:
End of the 7th week of the semester
- 6 units – Complete one of the six courses
- 12 units – Complete two of the six courses
- For Students in Advance Internships – Book
Report
from any
educational book which relates to your internship (Books are available
at the Disney
Centers for Excellence)
- 3 units – One 2-3 page Book Report. Deadline:
End of the 7th week of the semester.
- 6 units – Two 2-3 page Book Reports. Deadlines:
End of 7th and 15th week of the semester.
- 12 units – Four 2-3 page Book Reports. Deadlines:
End of 3rd, 7th, 11th and 15th week of the semester.

Insights Seminars (A list can be found in the Monthly Learning
Opportunities Newsletter).
- Attend any two sessions with different topics and prepare a one
page summary for each of the sessions. Deadline: Anytime
within a couple weeks after each session.
