How have increased tuition fees impacted you and your family?:
Every time tuition fees increase, I become more in debt. I come from a low-income family. I am personally trying to better myself, yet by going to a public university in California, I am placed into more and more debt almost every semester. Now I am going to start my life at least 40,000 dollars in debt. I think it's tragic that in order to become educated, I must become shackled my debt.
What are you studying at SF State and what do you hope to do once you graduate?:
I study Sociology. I hope that when I graduate I can work within education, or social work.
