San Francisco State University is implementing EPOS, an enhanced
credit card processing application effective July 1, 2004. This new
application, most commonly used by CSU campuses and other higher education
institutions across the United States, provides enhanced benefits and tools.
**EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY** EPOS will no longer accept VISA cards. They will continue to honor MC, Discover, and Amex. The system allows 24/7 access via the WEB and Touch Tone telephone and toll free number. In order to support this service, a Convenience Fee of 2.5% will be added to the total payment amount of your transaction. When you 'check out' and select your method of payment, a review page will display the exact convinience fee. Payments can be made by telephone at 1-866-769-2105 and TTY 1-866-769-2087 or by accessing EPOS at: www.eposasp.com/ebpp/validate.aspx?customer=68. |

Students admitted for the coming semester must first create a Personal Access Code (PAC) through Touch Tone Registration, phone (415) 338-7000 or from on-campus, ext. 87000. You must allow 24 hours for this code to go into effect. If you need assistance or you forget your PAC number, please visit Admission and Records located in SSC (Student Services Center) One stop, during normal business hours. Bring a photo ID. (Mon. to Thurs.: 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Fri.: 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m) For College of Extended Learning students-ONLY, your personal access code is the day and year of your birth data, entered as a four digit number. For example, June 8, 1973 is 0873. (NOTE: If you are a regularly enrolled SFSU student who has taken/is taking courses through the College of Extended Learning, use the Personal Access Code (PAC) number you established. ) |
