Mail Services

 The Mail Room Services:

              (Please provide the department with at least one week's notice prior to
               dropping off bulk mail items. This is necessary so that we can insure that
               sufficient funding is on deposit in our Bulk Permit holding account.) Hours of Operation:
     Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
     (closed for lunch between 12:00 and 1:00 p.m)  
All outgoing mail and Federal Express /United Parcel Items MUST be brought to the mail room before 3:00 p.m. for same day processing.
