CDC Country Specific Travel Vaccination and Medication Requirements
Study Abroad Students need to bring to their appointment the completed Study Abroad Medical Forms for the country they will be visiting. Some countries (e.g. Taiwan) have very specific forms and testing requirements. In addition, Study Abroad Students need to bring a list of all medications including over the counter medications that they may need while abroad.
