SHAC's Stress Relief Day
On Wednesday, October 8th The Student Health Advisory Committee (SHAC) will host Stress Relief Day! This event will help students manage stress through fun activities, from receiving helpful information about stress management techniques, by learning new healthy nutrition ideas, and by receiving mind and body relaxation suggestions.
During the event, stop by and try these activities:
1. “Stress Relief Castle” – come jump around in our inflated castle and relieve your stress!
2. Face painting – Stop by and have your face painted. It’s guaranteed to lift your spirits!
3. Bracelet-making station – Make your own bracelet out of colorful beads and string. This is a fun way to release your creative energies!
4. Fresh fruit – stop by for a sample dish of freshly cut fruit!
5. “Draw Out Your Stress” – come draw, write, or doodle on our outdoor paper and relieve your stress by having fun!
The Stress Relief Day will be held on the main campus lawn from 10 am to 2 pm. All are welcome to participate!
