How to Purchase Health Insurance
Credit Card Purchase
The CSU-sponsored health insurance policy meets all of the SFSU’s requisite criteria. It is with Blue Cross, through Wells Fargo Student Insurance Division.
- Go to CSU Healthlink website
- Click on Enroll Today
- Select San Francisco State University from drop-list and click Submit button
- Go to 09-10 San Francisco State University- International (first section)
- Click on Enroll and select "Annual"
Money Order or Cashier’s Check Purchase
Download the enrollment card for the appropriate term.
Make the money order or cashier’s check (in US funds drawn on a US bank) payable to Wells Fargo Student Insurance Division. No personal checks are accepted. Mail payment and enrollment form directly to:

Wells Fargo Student Insurance Division will advise the Registrar when they issue your insurance. This process may take up to 10 business days after Wells Fargo Student Insurance Division’s receipt of the application – so plan accordingly!
