Student Charges
Students who are not required to pay the Student Health Service fee, such as students enrolled in the following SFSU programs: CEL, Workshop, Institute, ALI, Thesis (one semester past 899 class only )and Fee Waiver students, must pay $60 per visit plus any additional charges for immunizations, laboratory tests, medications, etc
