Scheduling Your Appointment
You may schedule your appointment in person or over the phone by calling
415-338-1251 (except for some specialty services). We encourage phone appointments to expedite your services. For your convenience, 80 percent of our appointments are same-day appointments.
Walk-in Appointments:
As you enter the Student Health Service, pick up an appointment slip and a number at the information desk. Complete the slip while you take a seat in the waiting area.
Our screening nurse will call your number and proceed to ask relevant questions that determine what kind of appointment you may need.
Cancellations
Appointment Cancellations
All "no shows" and late cancellations will be billed $20.00.
Students, who need to cancel their appointment, may do so by e-mailing cnclappt@sfsu.edu OR by calling the SHS cancellation line at (415) 338-1251 in advance of your scheduled appointment.
