Elective Physicals
Students must receive an evaluation by a SHS registered nurse before scheduling an appointment. Please allocate 30 minutes for your appointment. You must schedule your appointment in person.
Physicals exams can be done for the following reason:
Admission to other colleges/universities ($ Charges)
Scuba certification ($ Charges)
Child-care center employment ($ Charges)
Nursing program ($ Charges)
Study abroad physicals ($ Charges)
Physical for which one has a form to be completed ($ Charges) will be evaluated by a nurse
There may be additional charges for immunizations, lab tests, x-rays, etc. The SHS is NOT authorized to perform immigration physicals.
