  • SEEQ, (Students' Evaluation of Educational Quality) developed by Herbert Marsh in late 1970s and unveiled in 1982 in the British Journal of Educational Psychology. Senate Task Force had obtained permission to use.

  • CIEQ (Course/Instructor Evaluation Questionnaire). Developed by Lawrence M. Aleamoni, Comprehensive Data Evaluation Services, Inc., Tucson, AZ. Also referenced in Senate Task Force report.

  • IDEA Short Form and Long Form. Developed by William Cashin at Kansas State University.
