At-Large Academic Senator

I would like your support for one of the At Large Senator positions. I have served on the Academic Senate for three years and have tried to be a voice for all faculty in supporting the importance of shared governance on campus. I believe the destiny of a successful university lies in the success of its faculty and if elected I will continue to work diligently for faculty rights, curriculum integrity and shared governance. Recent reorganization efforts have been created with little faculty input or opportunities for shared intellectual interests to come together. As an At Large Senator I will work to strengthen faculty input in reorganization as well as future curricular changes. We need strong representation on the Senate to insure faculty are given a voice and that voice is heard now more than ever. I would appreciate your vote and thank you for your support.
