As a Counselor Faculty in the Counseling and Psychological Services Center I have gained first hand knowledge of the needs of faculty, staff, and students during this time of change and economic uncertainty. At a time like this, it is essential for the Academic Senate to have a strong voice. I am prepared to grapple with the difficult questions the Academic Senate is facing, work within shared governance to support quality education, and make sure that our voice is heard. I am eager to contribute my unique professional and cultural experiences.
