ADDENDUM TO POLICY #S83-111:

UNIVERSITY CALENDAR DEADLINES

In response to repeated requests from faculty, at its meeting of February 23, 1993, the Academic Senate approved the following addendum to Policy #S83-111: University Calendar Deadlines regarding changes to the grading deadlines:

RESOLVED

That the Academic Senate recommend to the Vice President for Academic Affairs that beginning with the Spring 1994 semester, final grades for the Spring semesters be due seven calendar days after the last final exam date.

You will also recall that the calendars for 1993-94 and 1994-95 cannot be changed until the above addendum has been approved.
