CONFLICT OF INTEREST POLICY

ACADEMIC SENATE POLICY F86-144

At its meeting of October 28, 1986, the Academic Senate adopted the following policy on conflict of interest:

RESOLVED That a faculty member may not be an applicant for a grant or award while she or he is a member of the committee which recommends who shall receive that grant or award.
