All San Francisco State University volunteer employees are
appointed by the use of the
Volunteer Acknowledgement form PF 156E-1 which is completed and returned
to the Human Resources Department, ADM 252 for processing.
Please note that all San Francisco State University volunteer employees under
the age of 18 years old must be at least 14 years old and possess a valid work
permit. Volunteer employees 16 years old and older with a high school diploma
or GED equivalent are not required to obtain a work permit. The CSU
Policy on the Employment of Minors has further information related to the
CSU's employment of minors.
