Resident Services Desk
The Resident Services Community Desks, located in the lobby of their respective buildings. Each community desk is the front line for customer service and provides community resources, take maintenance requests, assign keys, and process incoming letter mail and packages. There are six community desks in Residential Life:
- Towers at Centennial Square
The main Resident Services desk and serves residents residing in all communities including, University Park North and University Park South.

All incoming resident letter mail is processed through the community desk with the exception of the Village, University Park North & South. All packages should be sent to the residents’ address. We recommend that you use your name registered with the University including middle name initials in order for us to successfully deliver your packages.
