Team Entry Forms are due by Friday, September 27th, 2013 @ 5:00pm in Student Services Building #105. All team players must sign up on imleagues.com by the first night of games.
Pre-League Meeting: Friday, October 4th @ 12:00pm in Gym 117A.
How to Sign Up Your Team?
STEP 1: Print out Team Entry Form and complete all required information. (Be sure to keep a copy for your records.)
STEP 2: Before the final due date turn in your Team Entry Form to SSB #105 by 5pm. The first 10 teams in each division that submit their forms will be entered into the league. Spots fill quickly on a first come, first serve basis. A Wait List will begin once a league is full.
STEP 3: Receive a time stamp and number on your Team Entry Form to confirm it has been submitted.
STEP 4: Go to imleagues.com to create your account and begin signing up your teammates. All team members must be signed up and added to your team on the imleagues.com site.
STEP 5: Attend the mandatory Captain’s Meeting for your sport to receive rules, policies, and to confirm your team’s entry into the league. Any team NOT represented at the Captain’s Meeting and NOT registered on imleagues.com will be dropped from the league and replaced by a team on the wait list.
