Do I have to stay for the Lesson while my swimmer is in the pool?
We would prefer a parent/guardian stay for the 30min lesson; however, if you choose to leave, you must be back inside the facility by the completion of the lesson to Check-Out your swimmer.
What happens if I’m late to pick-up my swimmer?
If a participant is not picked up within 10 minutes of their lesson ending, their parent/guardian will be notified and a Late Pick-up Fee will be assessed, as outline in our Pick-Up Policy & Procedures.
Can I have someone else pick-up my swimmer?
Yes, an authorized individual with photo ID may pick-up your swimmer. Alternative names need to be provided on Day 1 Check-In and listed on the Pick-Up Policy & Procedures form.
What if there is an Emergency at the Facility? (fire, earthquake, etc)
In the case of an emergency, we will contact the parent/guardian listed on the Registration form with instructions.
What is the refund policy?
All sales are final and no fee reductions and/or credits are given for late enrollment, missed lessons or sessions.
Is parking available on campus?
Yes, parking is available in Lot 19, the parking structure located off North State Drive for $1/hour. Free parking can be found around the perimeter of campus.
What do I need to bring to the Lesson?
Your swimmer should have a swimsuit, towel, dry change of clothes, goggles, ear/nose plugs (if needed).
What if my swimmer is crying and afraid of the water?
Our Instructors are trained to assist even the most fearful swimmers. We provide learning toys and games especially created for fearful swimmers. If you need help getting your child in the pool, please ask our Staff for assistance.
How will my child be evaluated?
Instructors will evaluate each swimmer daily based on the Level Description; evaluations will be given at the conclusion of the Session.
Where can I watch my child’s lesson from?
There are bleachers near the pool that are available for parents to sit and observe the swim lesson. Parents or guardians are not allowed on the pool deck during lesson times for the safety of our staff and swimmers.
Where do I pay my fees?
You may pay your swim lesson fees one of two ways: Mail-In and In Person. We accept check or money order for all three registration processes. Cash payment is accepted only for In-Person Registration. Please view the Registering for Swim Lessons for further information.
Can I sign up for multiple sessions?
Yes, you may sign up for multiple sessions. Please keep in mind that registration for a particular swim lesson time and session is based on a first come first served basis.
How do I contact my swimmer’s instructor?
Due to the structure and schedule of lessons, swim instructors will not be available to speak with parents before or after a swim lesson. Instructors can be reached via email email@example.com or 415-405-4328.
