Community Requests

Please Note: Facilities requests must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the event date.

Please refer to the steps below on how to reserve space in the Gymnasium and Outdoor Facilities.


How to Reserve Space at the Gymnasium and Outdoor Facilities


  1. Check for availability:

    You may browse the Facilities Calendar or simply Browse for Space on our event management system.

  2. Request Space:

    You will need to create a new account or log into your current account to request space. For additional help, click on the EMS User Guide.

After the Facilities Request has been submitted online, the request will be reviewed and a reply will be sent via email with further instructions. Submitting the online request does not guarantee the space is reserved or approved.


Note: All events must be coordinated with and approved by University Property Management.
