- Under Fee Category, Choose CAMPUS REC FACULTY/STAFF MEMBERSHIP
- Under Fee Description, Choose MEMBERSHIP TYPE: General, Aquatics, Senior, OLLI
- Confirm correct amount by choosing CONTINUE
- Choose Payment Method and fill in appropriate information
- PRINT Receipt with 6-digit Confirmation #
- Bring Application, receipt of payment, and SFSU ID card to Student Services Bldg Rm 105 for processing
