Class Descriptions

Aqua Fitness

Burn fat and increase cardio with our high intensity workout programs. We offer different skill levels to fulfill your specific cardio needs.

Beginning Swim

Become a stronger swimmer! Our American Red Cross Certified course teaches basic swim, stroke mechanics, and stroke refinement.

Body Sculpting

Define, Tone, Lean up and power-up. This class will do it all. A focused workout using weights and bands to create definition while using circuit training to teach you how to add machines and free weights to your workout!

Cardio Boot Camp

Efficiently works your entire body, heart & muscles by going from one exercise to another. Challenge your body to the next limit and burn calories in the process!

Core

Define, Tone, and strengthen those core muscles! This class will do it all. A 30-minute focused workout targets definition.

Dance Aerobics

Get fit, burn fat and get moving with our dance inspired cardiovascular workouts. Its fun and energetic!

H20 Aerobics

A low impact, high intensity workout in our pool allows you to burn fat and feel great!

Meditation Yoga

This is where you will begin your journey into a new level of relaxation and awareness! Drop in, relieve your stress and gain control of your mind, body, and emotions.

Step Aerobics

A high calorie burning workout. Step moves to challenge all fitness levels. Basic, no-nonsense, fat-burning aerobics.

Total Body

Challenging exercises to increase your muscular strength, improve your agility, reduce your body fat and increase your lean body mass.

Turbo Kickbox

This intense, high-calorie burning activity is a total body workout designed to improve: strength, cardio, flexibility, coordination and balance.

Yoga

We combine breath work and stretching into a challenging workout that promotes flexibility, strength and balance.

Yogalates

Like Pilates and Yoga Yogalates combines movement with breathing to relax, strengthen and lengthen muscles. Particular attention is paid to building strength and endurance in the core muscles.

Zumba

Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize burning and toning. It's a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps.
