Coyolxauqui Re-membered

Coyolxauqui Re-membered is a journal by and about Raza women. The pages give voice and visibility to poetry, short stories, art, photography and other articles. This publication is dedicated to a more equitable and just future for all mujeres in this new century.

The "Coyolxauhqui" in the title is an Aztec goddess/warrior associated with the moon and agriculture. She presents a provocative symbol of duality: nurturance and destruction; stillness and vigor; life and death. She challenges us to understand her actions.
