After extensive renovations, the Towers at Centennial Square Apartments opened to SFSU students in fall 2004. These one- and two-bedroom apartments are reserved for second-year transfer or sophomore students under the age of 20.

All apartments are double occupancy. One-bedroom apartments are shared by two students. Two-bedroom apartments are shared by four students.

The Science and Technology Theme Community, part of the Towers, is open to full-time freshmen under 19 years of age. Priority is given to students majoring in computer science, biology, mathematics, geosciences, chemistry, engineering, industrial arts, information systems, and broadcast and electronic telecommunication arts. Undeclared students, who would like to explore any of these majors, are also encouraged to apply for the STTC.

All apartments are furnished with couches, dining room table and chairs, beds, desks, armoires, dressers, and closets. Cable television and broadband internet access are provided free of charge in each room. Each room is wired with two separate telephone lines so each roommate has a personal telephone number.

The Towers are available for conference lodging. Visit our Conference Services Web Site for more information.
