Campus Map

Named in honor of SFSU's fourth president, the J. Paul Leonard Library is one of the busiest places on campus. In an average year, more than 2 million students, faculty, and community members come here, using more than 415,000 books, bound periodicals and reserve materials.

Our library users have access to more than 4.6 million items in the building, and virtual access to one of the largest collections of electronic resources in the CSU system. Research databases alone exceed 125.

Our online catalogue, InvestiGator, helps library users track down print and electronic books and journals, software, musical recordings, videos and microforms. The Library also offers an electronic reserve service, a delivery service for documents that we don't own, and a Media Access Center.

The John F. True Computer Lab and the quiet study area on the first floor are open 24 hours during fall and spring semesters.
